Christine’s Crochet Closet is a faith-driven small business in Fort Worth, Texas, offering handmade crochet goods, personalized custom orders, and one-on-one lessons. Every decision is made with integrity, Christian values, and customer care in mind.

By using this website, placing an order, or signing up for lessons, you agree to the following terms. These policies help ensure fairness, clarity, and trust for both parties.

1. Custom Crochet Orders

Custom orders must be submitted via email: info@christinescrochetcloset.shop. Once completed, a direct purchase link will be provided on the official site.

Craft Fair Orders: Orders placed during in-person events must be paid in full at the time of request. No holds or deferred payments allowed.

Turnaround times may vary depending on demand, materials, and complexity. Communication will remain open throughout the process.

2. Deadlines & Communication

Christine strives to meet every promised deadline. If delays occur due to unforeseen events (e.g., illness, supply shortage), customers will receive timely email updates and revised expectations.

Transparency and honesty are at the core of every interaction.

3. Delivery & Shipping

• Local deliveries are offered within Fort Worth city limits only.
• All other orders ship via USPS with tracking included.
• Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless noted otherwise.
• Pickup options must be arranged via email and confirmed in advance.

Christine packages every item with care and prayer — ensuring safe travels from her closet to your home.

4. Business Hours

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
• Saturday & Sunday: Closed (Rest & Worship)

No deliveries or crochet lessons are available after business hours or on weekends.

5. Holds & Reservations

Christine does not offer item holds unless agreed upon in writing via email. Verbal agreements, text messages, or social media DMs are not binding.

Secure checkout links are valid for 72 hours unless otherwise noted.

6. Repairs, Replacements & Refunds

Every product is handmade and sold “As Is.” However, Christine stands by her craftsmanship:

• Repairs: Free within 90 days of purchase (excluding return shipping fees).
• Replacements: Available at 50% of the original item price if repair is not viable.
• Refunds: Due to the handmade nature of each item, refunds are not offered.

Each stitch is made with love — Christine takes pride in standing behind her work.

7. Discounts

• Friends & Family: 10% discount on all purchases
• Military Personnel: 15% discount (with ID — thank you for your service!)

Discounts may not be combined or used retroactively.

9. Privacy Policy

Christine’s Crochet Closet values and protects your privacy. Your personal data — including name, email, address, and order history — is stored securely and will never be sold or shared with third parties.
