Terms of Service & Legal Protocol | Christine's Crochet Closet

1.0 ENTITY IDENTIFICATION

This Master Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between the individual or entity accessing this terminal ("Client") and Christine's Crochet Closet ("The Company"), headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. By initiating a transaction or engaging in instructional services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the protocols outlined herein.

2.0 CUSTOM COMMISSIONS & PROCUREMENT

All "Custom Builds" or specialized crochet commissions must be funneled through the Valhalla-Secured digital portal.

Payment Prerequisite: No fabrication cycles shall commence until full consideration (Payment) has cleared the Company's merchant gateway.
24-Hour Right of First Refusal: Upon completion of a requested special order, the initiating Client has a strict twenty-four (24) hour window to finalize the acquisition. Failure to execute within this temporal window results in the immediate release of the asset to the public marketplace.

3.0 PEDAGOGICAL SERVICES (INSTRUCTION)

Instructional services are rendered at a rate of $15.00 USD per hour.

The Client maintains absolute responsibility for the procurement of raw materials (yarn, needles, specialized patterns) prior to the commencement of the instructional unit. The Company is not liable for project delays resulting from insufficient Client supplies.

4.0 LOGISTICS & RISK OF LOSS

The Company utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) as its primary logistics carrier. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the Client upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

All shipping costs are calculated dynamically via the checkout terminal and are the sole financial burden of the Client.

5.0 ABSOLUTE FINALITY OF SALE

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DUE TO THE HANDMADE, ARTISANAL NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS, THE COMPANY DOES NOT RECOGNIZE A RIGHT TO REFUND OR RETURN. ALL ASSETS ARE SOLD "AS-IS" WITH ALL FAULTS, WHETHER APPARENT OR LATENT.

6.0 PRIVACY & DATA INTEGRITY

In alignment with Valhalla Security Labs standards, client intel is never liquidated, sold, or shared with tertiary entities. Personal data is utilized exclusively for transaction fulfillment and internal "Intelligence Reports" (Newsletters).

Clients may terminate their subscription to the Intelligence Report at any time via the "Decommission" link found in the footer of all transmissions.

7.0 JURISDICTION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action or proceeding related to this Agreement shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
