Event-Specific Governance & On-Site Acquisition Rules

OFFICIAL DIRECTIVE 2026-A

All bespoke commissions initiated during field events are subject to the Valhalla Digital Mandate. Orders are not recognized as "Active" until processed through the official web terminal.

Consideration (payment) is required in toto at the point of engagement. Fabrication cycles commence only upon successful verification of funds.

While The Company maintains a "Best Effort" standard regarding agreed-upon completion dates, these are non-binding estimates. In the event of supply-chain disruption or artisanal delays, The Company will issue a Secure Status Update via the Client's registered email.

Post-event inquiries must be funneled through the Secure Communication Unit (info@christinescrochetcloset.shop).

The Company recognizes two tiers of strategic entitlements:
  • Patriot Tier (15%): Veterans, active duty, and immediate family members.
  • Kinship Tier (10%): Established friends and family units.
PROTOCOL NOTE: Entitlements must be declared at the point of transaction. Retroactive credit application is strictly prohibited.

All physical assets displayed at exposition sites are available for Immediate Acquisition only. To ensure fair market access for all attendees, The Company does not offer asset reservation (holds) during field events.

FIELD ACQUISITION CLAUSE: All on-site transactions are final. By completing a purchase at a craft fair, the Client accepts the item in its current condition ("as-is"). No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued under any circumstances.

By interacting with the Christine's Crochet Closet field unit, you acknowledge these protocols in full.
